We developed a brand new website with user focused content and clear call-to-actions.
AgriNet came to anne+co. looking for an overhaul of their website. They wanted an accessible website that had a consistent look and feel, and gave the user all the information they needed.
By completing an extensive UX research and analysis, we found that users needed more information about the app and pricing. The pricing page was updated to show the price annually or monthly, as well as offering the option to tailor the price to the user’s herd size. All key information the user would need to make a decision was included on this page which would help conversions and bounce rate.
Agrinet HerdApp is used by farmers in the Republic of Ireland and AgriNet Grass is used by farmers in a number of countries around the world. The previous website did not segment users based on location which made accessing relevant information more difficult. To rectify this, we added a geolocator and tailored content to audiences based on their location. Irish farmers are shown Agrinet HerdApp and farmers outside Ireland are shown AgriNet Grass features and benefits.
A key objective for the project was to drive app downloads. To do this we created a ‘Free Month Trial’ banner with an eye-catching call-to-action.
It was important that the text be succinct, accessible and personable across the website. We designed a benefits page that gave the user information that was easy to digest quickly. We had to take into consideration that the target audience would be reading this page on mobile and on the go. Content was structured logically with the most important information available at a glance and secondary information displayed in a modal box.
AgriNet is a market leading AgTech company based in Kells, Co. Meath. Their herd app, called Agrinet HerdApp, reduces paperwork while helping farmers achieve more profitable outcomes. Agrinet Grass helps farmers make weekly grazing decisions which is a major driver of profits on grass based farms.
We designed a distinctive new website that was easy to navigate with a user experience that had the farmer in mind. Information and copy was designed to be clear, legible and easy to access within a few clicks. The website design and strategy was given equal care for mobile and tablet devices and colour combinations were optimised for people with visual impairments. Since launching three months ago bounce rate has decreased by 74%, and pages per session has increased by 1.2.
