Robert Quinn Ltd wanted a modern, clean and impactful website. The website needed to reflect the professional and high quality workmanship of the brand while also serving engaging, relevant content.
The key objective was to provide content that would leave the user feeling confident that Robert Quinn Ltd was the right partner for them. This would include detailed project case studies, videos and information about the culture of the company. We carried out a UX workshop to determine the site’s information architecture and site map. The main purpose of the website for the client was to present their projects and communicate clearly what their services are. It was to be the main marketing platform for the brand. Prior to starting the job we led a remote workshop where we were able to identify the information and content that was most important to customers and organise website around the customer journey. This was achieved by carrying out UX exercises such as a competitive benchmark, personas and card sorting.

We created a website that provided extensive information about Robert Quinn Ltd., their services and process. A customer journey was designed so that users could easily find a suitable case study, view it and then contact Robert Quinn for more information. These case studies demonstrated Robert Quinn’s varied service offering. Since Aug 2021, 22% of all users on the site have visited the contact page. This shows that the customer is engaging with the content on the site and that the content is serving it’s purpose as a conversion tool.
